Return Policy:
Returns need to be initiated by emailing us within 2 days of receiving your package to obtain a Return Authorization from SimplyU. All packages need to be postmarked and mailed within 3 days of receiving the above return authorization approved in original condition. Please include SimplyU return form you will receive in email and include with return package. Once we receive it, you will get same item size exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return if approved ,your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must not be

*unused
*with tags
*original packaging
*not wash or dry
*no smoke smell
*no pet smell or hair
*no perfume smell
If your return is accepted, SimplyU will email you a return form , as well as instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and approved will not be accepted.
